Petit Planet Pre-Registration: Rewards & How to Sign Up

Petit Planet opens pre-registration ahead of its Winter 2026 launch, and the reward list is already one of the more generous HoYoverse onboarding packages. The important catch: most rewards are tied to global milestone totals, not to individual sign-ups. Here is what is confirmed, what is still a milestone, and how to make sure your account is counted.

Pre-registration rewards at a glance

The official site lists the following rewards. The Bestie Star-Light is the baseline reward; the rest unlock as global pre-registration milestones are reached.

The Bestie Star-Light is the one to expect regardless of how the campaign performs. The outfit set and the consumables depend on the global total, so treat them as bonuses rather than guarantees.

How to pre-register, step by step

1. Go to the official Petit Planet site at planet.hoyoverse.com.
2. Sign in with your HoYoverse account. Use the same account you plan to play Petit Planet with.
3. Click the Pre-Register button on the landing page.
4. Confirm the registration and check that the page shows your account as registered.
5. Wait for launch. Rewards are claimed by logging in, not sent by email.
6. On launch day, log in with the same account and check your in-game mail or reward menu.

There is no code, no payment and no need to install anything before launch. If a third-party site asks for payment or a password, it is not the official process.

Does pre-registration guarantee a beta invite?

No. Pre-registration and beta sign-ups are separate. The Final Beta Test ended on October 19, 2026, and invites were distributed separately. Pre-registering only secures launch rewards and, in some campaigns, newsletter updates.

Which platforms can pre-register?

Petit Planet is confirmed for PC, iOS and Android. The official site handles the global pre-registration campaign; store-specific pre-registration may appear closer to launch. Check the official page for your region before using a third-party store link.

There is no confirmed Nintendo Switch, PS5 or Xbox version, so avoid pre-order listings for those platforms until HoYoverse announces them.

What to do while you wait

• Read the beginner guide so your first week is calm.
• Check the system requirements and free up storage.
• Bookmark the release date page for the November 1 pre-launch program.
• Avoid “code generator” sites; there are no confirmed working codes yet.
• Decide whether you want to start in Hexia or Taffeh, and tell a friend which one you picked.

Pre-registration is a small task with a long tail. The reward is free, the account is the one you already have, and the launch window is close. If you are planning to play, register now and then forget about it until the pre-launch program.

A note on “pre-order” listings

Petit Planet is free-to-play, so there is nothing to pre-order. Any listing that asks for a purchase is either a key reseller, a beta access seller or a scam. Use the official HoYoverse site and the official social accounts linked from it.
