Petit Planet Footprints, Loomi and Miraprint
Footprints are Petit Planet's achievement and daily-task system. They are the main source of Loomi, the currency used at Loomix Mart, and they quietly guide you through every life skill.
The Footprint categories
Footprints are grouped into categories such as Fishing, Bug-Catching, Beachcombing, Life Skills, Planet, Shopping, Decorating, Farming, Cooking, Neighbor, Travel, Social, Omni, Planet-Building, Housing and Home Decor.
Each category has multiple tracks, and each track has tiers. Catching 25 fish, for example, is a different milestone from catching 350. The numbers are designed to reward regular play rather than a single grind.

Loomi and Miraprint
Loomi is awarded by Footprints and spent at Loomix Mart on outfits, furniture and travel supplies. Miraprint comes from daily Footprints and is used at the Curio Emporium.
Because Loomi is the travel currency, do not spend it all on cosmetics if you still need Star Anchors or a battery upgrade. The daily Loomix Mart stock is the first place to check.
A low-effort Footprint routine
- Do the daily Footprints first; they are the only ones that reset.
- Talk to neighbors and give one gift to progress Neighbor tracks.
- Catch a handful of creatures rather than grinding one category.
- Cook one cheap recipe and harvest one crop to keep the life-skill tracks moving.
- Check the completion rewards before spending Loomi on a cosmetic.
