Your house and House Rating

Loomix Homes, accessed through Mobai, upgrades your own house with Dough. Each tier raises the size and style of the building; the Charming Cottage requires a House Rating of 350, and the Perfect Villa is the long-term goal.

House Rating comes from the furniture you place. High-score pieces matter more than filling every tile with cheap items. A smaller, carefully scored room is better than a cluttered one if you are trying to unlock an upgrade.

Neighbor houses

Neighbor houses are upgraded with blueprints and materials rather than your own House Rating. You typically receive the blueprint several days after a neighbor settles; upgrades use Tree Sap and materials tied to the neighbor or their home galaxy.

Once you reach Bond Lv. 6, Homi Decor lets you furnish the interior. Basic requests come first, followed by a Wish set after a five-day wait. Completing either set awards Dough and Bond Boost items.

Decorating without wasting materials

• Place high-score furniture in your own house first; your rating unlocks upgrades that benefit every room.
• Save set pieces for Homi Decor wishes instead of selling duplicates.
• Use wallpaper and flooring to change a room cheaply before buying new furniture.
• Check the furniture source column before crafting; some items only come from events.
